Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 48 hours (except for weekends and holidays).
Duty charges may be applied at the discretion of customs. These charges different from country to country and are the customer's responsibility.
Orders in which customers have "refused customs" or denied "custom charges" and the order is sent back to GROUND will be refunded with both outgoing and returning shipping charges deducted from the refund total.
